• Provide financial reporting and support to the Finance team by providing weekly, monthly and year end reports.
• Support Customer Service with billing and Customer credits and providing weekly and monthly reporting to support the CS functions.
• Support new product setups to include the following:
• Setup and maintain engineering masters, work order parameters, Part ID’s, pack out sheets, part maintenance, etc. for all new products.
• Create the first work order for all new products.
• Prepare the work order validation report that must be delivered to the MFG department with any red packet or first manufacturing run for any new or modified product.
• Periodically review all engineering masters for accuracy.
• Support Tooling setup for all new tool projects within the IFS system.
• Create and maintain all tool work orders.
• Oversee the red packet process from prototype through pre-production.
• Support the Pricing Team on pricing reviews as outlined in agreements and update pricing information in IFS.
• Work with Operations and the Shipping Departments to research all inventory variances. Attempt to determine the cause of the variance and make all necessary adjustments to ensure that the IFS inventory matches the actual physical inventory of all raw materials and finished goods.
• Create SLOB reports and hold regular meetings with OPS team to review items and establish dispositions.
• Actively participate in quarterly, and year end physicals, and work with Finance on reconciliation, and reporting results.
• Process all receivers on a daily basis, and track 30 day Octal materials.
• Serve as a backup for other related job functions within the site.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred or a combination of education and 3-5 years of work-related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with bringing positive changes into the culture.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and auditing skills required.
• Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently.
